By accessing and using Minaris.ai and all related services ("Boss Console", "Agent Fleet", "Micro-SaaS Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Minaris provides AI-powered business intelligence agents, automated workflow tools, and micro-SaaS products designed for B2B operations. Services include but are not limited to: visual analysis (GLM-4V), UTM tracking (Pharos), brand protection (Portia), and financial extraction (Cronos).
Paid services are billed through Stripe on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are processed within 30 days of request for annual plans. No refunds for monthly subscriptions already consumed.
All user data is stored on infrastructure you control. Minaris does not sell, share, or monetize your data. You retain full ownership of all content uploaded to the Knowledge Base (Clio) and all outputs generated by agents.
You have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete your personal data at any time. Submit requests to suporte@minaris.ai. Data processing agreements (DPAs) are available for enterprise clients.
Minaris provides services "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our AI agents or automated tools.
