We collect only the data necessary to operate the services: email address, usage analytics, and content you upload to Clio. We do not collect biometric data, location data, or personal identifiers beyond what you explicitly provide.
Data is processed on the basis of: (a) your consent, (b) contractual necessity for subscription services, and (c) legitimate interest for service improvement. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to: access your data, request rectification, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), data portability, object to processing, and not be subject to automated decision-making. Contact suporte@minaris.ai to exercise these rights.
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Knowledge base documents are processed via Supabase Vector with isolated tenant storage. We retain data only for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for vector storage. Both are GDPR-compliant. We do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.
